Quality Control

We use state of the art tube sealing equipment and innovative tooling designs to ensure proper fitment. All of our process equipment is subject to a rigorous PM and cleaning schedule. We have integrated Mettler Toledo scales for in-process inspection of every piece produced, and another MT scale for validation.

Dedicated QC personel are on the production line to ensure any tubes that do not meet the aestetic nature for that specific job requirements do not make it to the packout. Our production team has great attention to details and trained in loss prevention. When added together with our processes and standardization, it equates to a quality product with minimal scrap rate alongside a fast turnaround.

Production Room

Our production room is an above-class clean room type environment. It maintains a positive air pressure environment 24/7 and is maintained on a preventive maintenance and cleaning schedule. We utilize a dual-stage high efficiency filtration system and a UV light air treatment system to minimize the potential for airborne contaminants. All of the materials from the LED lighting to the floor paint were selected to meet FDA food grade specifications.

Other areas of our facility include a storage area with designated labeled bays to keep all of our clients components grouped together, organized and inventoried. A controlled access Eco-Lab staged washroom with designated drying section. Pallet prep area with a semi-automatic wrapping machine. All we do here is fill tubes, so every aspect of our operation is standardized and optimized to do so.
